Terms of service

The client understands that in the unlikely event of the trainer being unable to continue training, for any reason, the client can request a full refund from their trainer for any unfulfilled sessions/classes.

The trainer has the right to change these terms and conditions, for example, to be able to offer new services or as required by law. The trainer will notify the client of any changes. When such a change(s) is made, if dissatisfied, the client can cancel this agreement once they have made any payments already due to the trainer.

The client is responsible for keeping all contact information and marketing preferences up to date with the trainer. 

The client may be filmed or have pictures taken for marketing purposes. The client’s participation in a session means that they consent to photography, filming, and sound recording which may include the client and its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright.
